migestionOnline.com, also referred to as MGO, is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for business management, sales, inventory, customer management, invoicing, and third-party integrations.
1. Nature of the Service
migestionOnline.com is provided as a business management and technical facilitation platform. Some features depend on external services, public agencies, payment providers, networks, APIs, and third-party devices.
2. Responsibility for Business Activity
The User, whether a merchant, company, or subscribed professional, represents that their activity is lawful and complies with the applicable laws and regulations of the Argentine Republic.
migestionOnline.com is not responsible for the nature, legality, or lawfulness of activities conducted by its Users, nor for the accuracy of information entered into the system.
3. Electronic Invoicing and ARCA
When electronic invoicing features are used, migestionOnline.com acts as a technical facilitator between the User and ARCA, or any agency that may replace it in the future.
- The User is solely responsible for the content of issued documents, including amounts, concepts, tax rates, tax information, and recipient information.
- Proper service delegation, tax configuration, and point-of-sale authorization are the User's responsibility.
- migestionOnline.com does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
- Immediate issuance cannot be guaranteed when external services experience interruptions or technical errors outside the platform's control.
4. Information and Backups
migestionOnline.com applies reasonable security, backup, and availability measures. The User acknowledges that the entry, accuracy, and maintenance of data stored in the platform are the User's responsibility.
Users are encouraged to regularly use the available export, backup, or reporting tools to retain additional copies of information they consider critical.
5. Limitation of Liability
migestionOnline.com will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, tax penalties, or losses resulting from incorrect information entered by the User or the unavailability of external services outside its control.
6. Subscriptions and Service Payments
Access to certain features may depend on an active subscription or plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of features or access according to the applicable commercial terms.
7. Payment and Third-Party Integrations
migestionOnline.com may integrate with payment providers and other third-party services, including, among others, Clover and associated Fiserv services.
When the User enables an integration, the User authorizes migestionOnline.com to communicate with the external provider and to access only the information necessary to provide the requested functionality.
For Clover, the integration may allow payment requests to be initiated from the migestionOnline.com point of sale, transaction status to be retrieved, and processed transactions to be associated with sales recorded in the platform.
Payment processing is performed by Clover, Fiserv, or the applicable payment provider. The User is responsible for maintaining active and properly configured accounts with such providers and for complying with their applicable terms and conditions.
The availability of these integrations also depends on third-party services, networks, APIs, and devices. Therefore, migestionOnline.com cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The User may revoke or disconnect an integration when supported by the applicable functionality and provider.
8. Acceptable Use
The User agrees to use migestionOnline.com in accordance with applicable law and not to access, modify, interfere with, or use systems, data, credentials, services, or third-party accounts without authorization.
9. Changes
migestionOnline.com may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, commercial, or operational changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the terms then in effect.
10. Acceptance
By using migestionOnline.com, the User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use.
